Today's progress monitoring
Due today
Coming up in the next 7 days
Scored today
A probe is due when its schedule comes around after the last score you entered. A goal with no data is due now so you can get a baseline. Set each goal's schedule, objectives and sheet type on the student's Goals & data tab. The desk writes the worksheets: look over every one, and the answer key especially, before you hand it out.

Needs attention
To-do
| Goals |
|---|
Annual due defaults to one year from the last IEP date, and re-evaluation to three years from the last eligibility date. Type your own date on a student to override either one.
Progress monitoring
| Student | Goal | Baseline | Latest | Target | Trend | Status | Last data |
|---|
On track means the trend line through your data reaches the target by the annual IEP date. With fewer than three data points the projection is rough.

Import your caseload
In Infinite Campus, run a caseload or IEP due-date report and export it as CSV. Excel files work too if you save them as CSV first. The importer looks for columns like Student/ID, Grade, Eligibility, Last IEP date, Annual due, Eligibility date, Re-eval due and Next meeting.

Data flows one way, from Infinite Campus into the desk. The desk never writes to the official record.
What turning these on takes
- Infinite Campus: district IT sets up a scheduled data export or API access for case managers' caseloads.
- Outlook: a Microsoft 365 admin approves the app. Teachers choose which emails it reads, and every reply is approved by the teacher.
- Privacy: a signed student data privacy agreement, district sign-in, and each case manager sees only their own students.
